Integrity Bank and American Home Bank Join Forces To Form Integrity Bancorp Mortgage Company, LLC
Camp Hill, PA (March 25, 2004)---Integrity Bank and American Home Bank have joined forces in the creation of a new joint venture called “Integrity Bancorp Mortgage Company, LLC”.
American Home Bank in Lancaster, PA is the dominant residential mortgage lender in Central Pennsylvania. In 2002 they closed $435 million in residential loans, and further increased their # 1 performance by closing $680 million in 2003.
Integrity Bank in Camp Hill has been the most successful and highest performing De Novo bank in total deposits and loans in the history of Pennsylvania, with continued record-breaking performance reported at the recent close of the bank’s second full quarter of operations.
The partnership between Integrity Bank, who provides relationships with
many developers, builders, and realtors, combined with American Home Bank’s
residential mortgage supremacy is expected to bring a powerhouse competitor
in the Harrisburg market.
