Customer Service Representative
Department: Branch
Reports to: Branch Manager/Assistant Manager
Job Description
This full time position is primarily responsible for opening new customer
accounts, handling customer inquiries via telephone and in-person, promoting
bank products and services to meet customer needs, and completing regular
maintenance on new and existing customer accounts.
Additional responsibilities include assisting branch personnel with the
completion of reports for branch balancing and operations, identifying
and maximizing cross-selling opportunities, and completing other specified
duties as assigned.
Customer service and cash handling experience preferred. Candidates should
be detail-oriented, possess excellent customer service skills, display
the ability to become proficient in the bank's intranet systems, and possess
substantial knowledge of the bank's products and services. Candidates
should be available to work evenings and weekends.
